## Who we are
Priory Landscaping & Driveways is a family-run landscaping firm based at 2 Falcon Court, Preston Farm Ind Est, Stockton-On-Tees TS18 3TS. We serve homeowners across County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire. You can contact us on 07456 370396 or info@priorylandscaping.co.uk.

## Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect:

- Your name
- Your phone number and email address
- Your postcode and — later — your address for the site visit
- Details about the work you'd like us to quote for

## How we use it

- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a site visit.
- To prepare and send you a written quote.
- To carry out the work you agree to and keep in touch during the project.
- To meet our legal, insurance and warranty obligations.We never sell your information, and we don't share it with third-party marketers.

## Who sees it
Your details are seen only by James Chapman and the immediate team as needed to price, plan and deliver your job. Where we use third-party tools (for example email, a hosted quote form or scheduling software), those providers act on our instructions and hold your data securely on our behalf.

## How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a job are typically deleted within 12 months. Records relating to work we've carried out — quotes, invoices, warranties and insurance records — are kept for as long as required for tax, warranty and legal purposes (usually up to 10 years, matching our workmanship guarantee).

## Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us on info@priorylandscaping.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

## Cookies
